Year 3: The Boy Who Grew Dragons
By Andy Sheperd
The Boy Who Grew Dragons is about a boy called Tomas who discovers a strange plant growing in his grandad’s garden. When the plant grows, a tiny dragon hatches from it! Tomas soon learns that dragons are fun but very hard to look after. With the help of his friends and family, Tomas tries to keep the dragons safe while stopping them from causing too much chaos. The story is funny, exciting, and full of surprises.
Maksymilian: “I liked it when the dragon popped out because I didn’t expect it and it made me laugh.”
Scarlett: “My favourite part was when the dragons made lots of mess but they were still cute.”
Olivier: “This book made me want a dragon but only a small one!”
